This link will take you right to the interview! 😁

I’m honoured to share that I was recently interviewed by CanadianSME Small Business Magazine, a national publication that highlights entrepreneurs, leaders, and innovators across Canada.

The conversation explored my journey from working in education to building a full-time career as a professional artist, and the many ways art can evolve into a sustainable business through originals, public installations, commissions, and licensing partnerships. We also discussed my ongoing work grounded in the concept of Two-Eyed Seeing, and how creativity can serve as a bridge between cultures, communities, and ways of knowing.

Being invited to speak about my practice in a business-focused publication reflects the growing recognition that art is not only an act of expression, but also a form of leadership, entrepreneurship, and community connection.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my story and contribute to the conversation about building creative careers in Canada.

More to come.
